Assists president with all duties, as needed.

Runs meetings in the absence of the president.
Regularly attends club events.

Secretary
Takes careful, clearly expressed notes on meetings ("Minutes").
Sends minutes to sponsor and to all members by email.
Maintains email list of members.
Provides members with email reminders of upcoming events.
Maintains regular contact with sponsor.
Contacts members at the request of other officers or club sponsor.
Regularly attends club events.
